Race season starts
Finally... after a long wait, the 2024 racing season is open! We started the season off this Saturday with the First Run Ashore social get-together at the club, which was well attended with lots of food, drink and discussion to be had. Improved slipways and launch area
Faced with emerging rocks on the bay shoreline and a dangerously eroding bank a casual converstion between John Peters and Steve Sallis quickly resulted in planning the works completed pre-season. SailQube Magic arrives at HSC
The old composite Oppies used by the Junior Fleet had become too tired and expensive to maintain, with those considerations in mind the Committee committed to replacing them and we now have four new SailQubes ready for the 2023 season. A successful pre-season test took place with everyone enjoying the improved performance of the boats.
