Junior/Youth

We run free junior and youth sailing sessions for Junior Club Members and children of Family Members each Saturday afternoon between 1.00pm and 4.00pm.

These sailing sessions are run by RYA qualified instructors and offer safe and fun tuition in dinghy sailing for beginners or experienced sailors.

• A range of club dinghies is available and there are no boat-hire fees for these sessions.
• Buoyancy aids and life jackets are available to borrow.
• Please be dressed for the conditions on the day, and remember wet feet are unavoidable!
• Sailors should arrive early enough to be dressed, boats rigged and ready to sail at 1.00pm.

A parent or guardian must stay on site, and will be expected to help rigging and putting away boats, and may also be asked to help crew safety boats.
