Cancellation Policy

Cancellation must be notified by email to: training@hykehamsailing.co.uk
Full fees will be refunded if notification is received at least 28 days prior to the first day of the course.
Fees are non-refundable where notification is received less than 28 days prior to the first day of the course, unless the Club are able to fill the cancelled place with another trainee.
In the unlikely event that Hykeham Sailing Club cancel the course eg. due to adverse weather conditions, we will give you as much notice as possible and book you onto an alternative course. If this is not convenient then your payment will be refunded.
Data Privacy/Protection

We will handle your data in accordance with Hykeham Sailing Club’s Data Privacy Policy, which can be seen on the club’s website.
Your personal data will not be shared with any third party.
Temporary Membership

Whilst attending the course you will be deemed to be a Temporary Member of Hykeham Sailing Club. Club rules and other policies are available on the website

By completing and returning this electronic course application form, you are confirming:
▪ You are fit to participate in the course;
▪ You have informed us of any medical or other condition which we should know about, or that would require us to make adjustments for you to complete the course.
▪ You accept the Booking Terms and Conditions stated.
