- One vote per membership
- Agenda to follow by direct member mailing
- Any AOB to be discussed at the AGM must be submitted by email to the secretary (secretary@hykehamsailing.co.uk) by 1st Nov 2026. AOB received after this time or during the meeting will not be discussed at the AGM.
