Directions:
Lying behind trees and situated between the A46 by-pass and the old Lincoln-Newark road is Apex Lake, home to the Hykeham Sailing Club approximately 1 mile off the A1434, half way between the Southern end of the Lincoln bypass and the North Kesteven School site. The track to the club is situated on the left-hand side of the Fox & Hounds Pub. Look for Hykeham Sailing Club sign. The gates at the top of the track are locked for security. Visits and access for non-members by arrangement.
Once inside the gate, follow the road around the lake past the Scouts Club and on to the Club site situated on the opposite site of the lake from the main road.
